Change in Terms Notice for Funds Availability

We are amending our Member Account Disclosure Terms & Conditions to update Your Ability to Withdraw Funds. Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the 1^st business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the 1st business day. Then, the funds will generally be available by the 2nd business day after the day of deposit. Cash withdrawal limitations generally allow $100  withdrawn on 1^st business day after day of deposit, $400 on 2^nd business day after day of deposit & the remaining balance available on 3^rd business day after day of deposit. Effective February 27, 2010.
