Attention: Fraud Alert.
The Golden Isles area is again being hit by scam artists identifying themselves as the Marshland Federal Credit Union Security Department or other descriptions. They have been asking members and other area residents to give their credit or debit card information over the phone. If you receive one of these calls, it is not from Marshland. A legitimate institution, such as Marshland Credit Union, will never ask you for this type of information over the phone.
Do not ever give any information concerning your accounts or debit and credit cards over the phone.
